Peter Seif

President

Peter Seif has held diverse senior-level positions in several nation-wide communications companies, including Vice President and General Manager of Dobson Fiber Inc., where he established an interstate fiber optic network for Dobson Communications. Mr. Seif was a Vice President at Logix Communications Corporation, a startup Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), where he was instrumental in growing the company to over 800 employees with revenues of $100 million. Prior to joining Logix, Mr. Seif served as National Director of Sales for Intermedia Communications, one of the first CLECs in the United States where he deployed strategic sales initiatives in fifteen markets. Prior to joining Intermedia, he was responsible for Alternate Channel Sales at Frontier Communications.

Kenneth R. Boyd

Vice President Finance & Business Development

Kenneth Boyd has held senior level positions in banking and corporate finance with Chase Manhattan Bank, and as a Vice President and Industry Executive with Bank of America. Mr. Boyd was a Product Line Manager with Cargill Inc., the largest privately owned company in the United States where he was Chief Financial Officer of their Venezuelan subsidiary and an Investment Manager in the Structured Finance unit of Cargill Financial Services in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Boyd holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Industrial Management and Economics and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Christopher M. Patrick

Vice President Network Operations

Mr. Patrick has extensive experience in the communications industry including MCI Communications, where he was the Senior Manager for the Campus MCI Internet product. In this role, Mr. Patrick was responsible for all aspects of the Campus MCI product including implementation of Internet DS3 connectivity, on-site routers, terminal servers, modem pool and associated software. Mr. Patrick served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Zenex Communications, where he was responsible for the company's sales and marketing efforts as well as customer service, technical support, product development, advertising, and public relations. Mr. Patrick also served as Manager of Systems Integration Marketing at Logix Communications, where he was responsible for the design and marketing plans of the hardware and services required to provide bundled voice and data solutions to end users. This included integrated channel banks, routers, computers and phone systems.
